Havertz names Arsenal star he wished was from Germany

Arsenal’s summer signing and Germany international, Kai Havertz has revealed one player from the club he wished was from Germany.
Havertz in a recent statement named the player as Bukayo Saka.
Recall that Havertz signed with Arsenal from Premier League side Chelsea in a deal worth £65 million this summer transfer window.
The German star made his debut for the Gunners in a 2-0 pre-season friendly defeat against Manchester United on Sunday.
Havertz came in as a substitute during the match and scored the last goal in Arsenal’s 5-0 friendly win against MLS All-Stars three days earlier.

Speaking with ESPN’s YouTube channel, Havertz, who sat alongside Saka, was asked which Arsenal player he would like to play alongside for Germany.
The 24-year-old simply replied: “Maybe you [Saka], so then we could play together in the national team.”
Saka, who is a regular player in Gareth Southgate’s England squad, added: “Don’t worry, we can play together here [at Arsenal], bro!”
