French side reportedly waiting till next summer to sign United star for free

As Manchester United prepare for the new season, the future of Paul Pogba at the club has continue to raise eyebrows.

Paul Pogba is yet to agree a new deal with Manchester United with his current deal set to expire new June.

His situation at United is being monitored y several clubs in Europe but Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ahead of other teams in the pursuit of Pogba.

PSG have become famous for securing the signature of experience players on free transfer with the likes of Sergio Ramos and Wijnaldum joining this summer.

That trend might continue next summer with Pogba their first choice in terms of signing players on free transfer.

According to Le Parisien, United have failed to negotiate with Paris Saint-Germain despite Pogba’s willingness to move to Paris.

Paris Saint-Germain are not considering a situation whereby they can Paul Pogba for free next season rather than paying United this summer.

Pogba will be pushing for a place in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team when United take on Leeds United in their Premier League first match on August 14.
