Former Chelsea winger Joe Cole in a statement statement has explained why Manchester United is not a great place to play at for younger players.

Cole made this comment while reacting to Alejandro Garnacho’s transfer from Man United to Chelsea this summer transfer window.

Recall that the Blues completed the signing of the Argentina winger on Saturday.

The former Red Devils star was present at Stamford Bridge as manager Enzo Maresca’s side defeated Fulham in a 2-0 scoreline in the Premier League on Saturday

In a statement via TNT Sport, Cole while speaking about Garnacho said the winger has moments where he looked sensational and looks outstanding at Man United.

According to the former Chelsea winger, many see that Manchester United probably isn’t a great environment for a young player at the moment.

He pointed out players like Scott McTominay who left Old Trafford only to thrive at Serie A side Napoli
