Former Chelsea star hails Haaland

Chelsea legend, John Terry, couldn’t help but hail Manchester City striker Erling Haaland after the Norway international scored a hat-trick in his side’s Premier League 6-3 victory over Manchester United on Sunday at Old Trafford.

Halaand, who joined Man City from German side Borussia Dortmund has continued to impress in the Premier League with some intriguing performances which continue to put the Citizens as a favourite to win the title again this season.

Terry in his statement said he has never seen a player like Haaland, who is so young and has a passion for goals.

The former Chelsea star stressed that Haaland could one day be regarded as the Premier League’s greatest ever player.

Haaland’s goals against Man Utd mean he has now scored 14 goals in the Premier League so far this season.

Speaking on Haaland, Terry told beIN SPORTS: “He could be the greatest ever in the Premier League, couldn’t he?”
