Paris Saint Germain PSG star player, Kylian Mbappe has finally reacted to his fight with Chelsea starman, Olivier Giroud ahead of France clash with German on Tuesday in the ongoing Euro 2020 tournament.

Recall that Mbappe felt ‘attacked’ and ‘angry’ after a comment attributed to Giroud revealed that he was unhappy with France’s lack of cohesion in attack after France won Bulgaria 3-0 in their final Euro 2020 warm-up game last Tuesday.

Reacting to the report, Mbappe, who is a fellow countryman with Giroud stressed that he was not happy with the 34-year-old’s public criticism.

“I spoke with Olivier Giroud. Everyone knows what happened. It is true that I was a little affected by it,” Mbappe said at a press conference on Sunday.

“But we are not going to make a big deal about it because we are here to represent France, that is the most important thing.

“It is more that he said it publicly than the fact that he said it. I saw him in the dressing room and he didn’t say anything to me.”

Mbappe added: “He expressed a feeling that I have had 365 times during a match.”

In another report, Giroud recently extended his contract at Chelsea by one year.
