EPL: Owen makes new prediction and it is blow for Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and others

Former football star Michael Owen has made a fresh prediction about the English Premier League.

Owen in a statement believed no team in the EPL will be able to stop Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City from winning the title this season, despite Arsenal’s ‘flying’ start to the new season.

Arsenal led by Mikel Arteta are currently on top of the Premier League table with a point ahead of second position Man City after winning seven of their eight games so far this season.

Speaking to Premier League Productions, Owen said (as per HITC Sport):

“On that form, who is going to stop Manchester City? I know Arsenal are flying at the moment and they are at the top of the Premier League table.

“But over the course of a season, if they keep playing like that, then there’s no stopping them.”

Owen’s statement comes after Man City thrashed Man Utd in a Manchester derby over the weekend which saw them score six goals against a big club like the Red Devils.
