Cucurella drops hints about Chelsea’s interest in this Man Utd star

Chelsea defender and Spain international Marc Cucurella has dropped a hint about the Blues’ interest in Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho.

This comes after Cucurella ‘liked’ an Instagram post about Chelsea’s moves to sign Garnacho in a fresh transfer hint this month.

It is no news that the west London club have been linked with a transfer for the Argentina international.

The rumours about the Blues’ interest in Garnacho further intensified on Thursday barely a few days to the end of the January transfer deadline.

A report via The Telegraph disclosed that the West London side are considering an opening bid to sign the winger to Stamford Bridge before deadline.

Popular football transfers expert Fabrizio Romano in a post via his Instagram account on Thursday dropped an update about the Blues’ interest in Garnacho, with Cucurella hitting ‘like’ on the post.

Romano’s post on IG read that Chelsea are set to approach Man United for Garnacho deal.

According to the transfer expert, the Red Devils are insisting on huge transfer fee around €70m to sell him, with Chelsea making formal approach as planned.

Meanwhile, Serie A side Napoli are also interested and monitoring having seen their initial €50m package bid rejected.

Meanwhile, Garnacho’s future at Old Trafford is in doubt as manager Ruben Amorim don’t consider him a part of his squad.
