Crystal Palace doesn’t want £60 million star to join Chelsea

Chelsea have continued to be linked with moves for Crystal Palace winger Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise, who is one of their main targets this summer.

The Blues want Olise to move to Stamford Bridge to partner with their star player Cole Palmer.

However, his transfer fee of £60 million appears to be a stumbling block. Aside from this Chelsea have rivals to compete with as they are several clubs are also thought to be keen on Olise.

However, new reports have revealed that Crystal Palace are not ready to make it easy for clubs interested in the 22-year-old to sign him.

Recall that Olise impressed for the Eagles last season. Despite making 19 Premier League appearances because of injury, the winger was still able to come up with 16 goal contributions.

A recent report via LondonWorld disclosed that Crystal Palace are keen to keep hold of Olise for another season and will try to offer him a new contract.

It is now left to Olise to sign or reject the new deal. If he turns it down, then an exit seems very likely.

A report via The Athletic revealed that the France U21 international that Chelsea are working on paying Olise’s transfer fee.
