Chelsea’s pursuit of Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has been given a huge boost as the Austrian defender has confirmed that he will leave the club when his deal expires at the end of the season.

He added that it obviously wasn’t an easy decision as he’s been at Bayern for 13 years and the club means a lot to him.
