Chelsea’s chances vs Everton – Sutton drops his prediction
Former football star in the Premier League Chris Sutton has shared his opinion on Chelsea’s next match Vs Everton scheduled to take place on Monday.
Sutton in a statement said the game between the Blues and the Toffees will end in a 1-1 draw.
The former football star turned pundit in his column for the BBC said that Chelsea have a tendency to shoot themselves in the foot, as he believe it could happen once again during their next match Vs Everton.
While Chelsea are on a seven-game unbeaten run, four of those results have been draws.
“As usual with Chelsea, I don’t have a clue what to go for here. If you look back at their results then they are on a seven-game unbeaten run in the league but they have drawn four of those matches because they always seem to shoot themselves in the foot. Everton beat Mauricio Pochettino’s side at Goodison Park in December but only got their first league win of 2024 last week.
”Beating Burnley was massive for them, but they need to follow that up by getting something at Stamford Bridge.”
Sutton who threw his weight behind the Toffees said Chelsea were still a developing side.
