Chelsea star sends a message to Palmer after win against Eveton
Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia recently dropped a message for his teammate Cole Palmer following his impressive form against Everton on Monday in the Premier League.
The English forward scored four-goal in the Blues 6-0 win against Everton.
Palmer scored a first half hat-trick in the space of 16 minutes against the Toffees, setting a new record as the first Chelsea player to score in seven successive Premier League games.
The former Man City star, who has now scored hat-tricks in two back-to-back home games in the Premier League also scored his fourth of the game in the second half via a penalty after an exchange with Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson.
However, Lavia, who arrived at Stamford Bridge last summer from Southampton, hailed his teammate over yet another superb performance.
The Belgian wrote on X (formerly Twitter):
“[two crying with laughter emojis and a blue heart emoji] This is getting stupid now! MR COLD PALMER.”
Meanwhile, Palmer’s four goals against the Toffees as seem him become the current highest goal scorer in the Premier League alongside Man City star Erling Haaland.
Despite the Blues inconsistent form, Palmer is one of the favourites to win the golden boot this summer.
