Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has made it clear that the club has no intention of selling Noni Madueke, despite reported interest from Arsenal.

The 22-year-old winger has emerged as a potential target for the Gunners as they explore attacking reinforcements ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Madueke played a prominent role for Chelsea last season, making over 40 appearances across all competitions and contributing 10 goals and six assists from wide positions. His pace, directness, and creativity on the flanks have made him a valuable asset in Maresca’s setup, and the club views him as an integral part of their future plans.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are actively seeking depth in wide attacking areas. With Nico Williams preferring a move to Barcelona or Bayern Munich, Mikel Arteta is evaluating other options to provide competition for Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. Madueke has reportedly been shortlisted as a possible alternative, but Chelsea are unwilling to entertain any offers at this stage.

When asked about Madueke’s future during a media briefing, Maresca was firm in his stance, dismissing speculation of a transfer and reaffirming the club’s commitment to keeping the England international at Stamford Bridge.

As the summer transfer window progresses, Arsenal may be forced to shift focus elsewhere, while Chelsea continue to build their squad around key young talents like Madueke.
