Chelsea reportedly scheduled meeting to talk with former Arsenal player

Chelsea have reportedly scheduled a meeting with the agent of a former Arsenal player Ismael Bennacer as they explore the chances of signing him.

This comes as the west London side are looking to sign different players to different positions, and they are very much looking at opportunities, especially in midfield.

The Blues have been linked with moves for a number of players and the latest one in the news is Bennacer, who was at Arsenal from 2015 to 2017 without making a single competitive appearance.

Bennacer is now at Italian club AC Milan, and his contract there runs out in 2024 and it is believed Chelsea sees it as an opportunity.

According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, The Blues are stepping up their Ismael Bennacer interest, with meeting scheduled with his agent to discuss it.

The report claims the meeting will take place in January at a time when the winter transfer window would have commenced.
