Although Chelsea are set to sell some of their players this summer transfer window to trim down their squad, this, however, does not stop them from making moves for new players.

As the summer transfer window heats up, rumours of different players being linked to new clubs continue to emerge.

In Chelsea’s case, the West London sides are said to be in advanced talks to sign Brazilian forward Angelo from Santos.

This was made public by Italian football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday, as he revealed negotiations were ongoing between Chelsea and Santos for Angelo’s transfer.

Chelsea are said to have submitted an official bid to the Brazilian club for Angelo’s signature, with the offer standing at £15 million in a bid to convince Santos to let the 18-year-old attacker move to Stamford Bridge this summer transfer window.

With German star Kai Havertz joining the Blues Premier League rival Arsenal, they are expected to sign one or two attackers this summer as a replacement.
