Aside from Graham Potter and Marc Cucurella, it appears Chelsea may soon be welcoming another player from Brighton in the nearest future.

This comes after Brighton midfielder, Leandro Trossard refused to rule out any possibility of joining Chelsea in the near future.

While Trossard confirmed that he has not been approached by Chelsea over a potential move to Stamford Bridge, it appears the midfielder would accept an offer if it comes.

The reports have linked the 27-year-old with a move to the Blues, where he would be reunited with his former manager Graham Potter, who he played under at Brighton.

Trossard has been impressive for Brighton so far this season and it earned him a place in the Belgium squad for their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign in Qatar, which begins in a few days’ time.

However, when asked about Chelsea’s interest in him, Trossard told Het Laatste Nieuws: “Chelsea have in any case not yet reported. Not with Brighton and not with me.

“I have to wait and see. I want to finish strong at Brighton and leave for Qatar with that good feeling.”
