Blues youngster opens up on life in Italy, insists their food is better

Chelsea youngster Fikayo Tomori currently on loan at AC Milan has shared details about life in Italy as he noted that he is happy at the club and food is better in the city.

Tomori was among the Chelsea players that moved during the January transfer window as he joined Milan on a six-month loan with an option of the Seria A club to buy him.

The England international has been struggling to get playing time before his move to AC Milan and things have changed ever since he moved to Italy.

Tomori impressive performance in Milan has seen him become a fan favourite and speaking ahead of their Europa League match against Manchester United, he revealed how he has been coping.

The youngster stated that he was expecting a different challenge in Italy as he had to get used to different things.

He was worried about the language but some speak to him in English and he tries to speak in Italian and slowly they are getting along well.

Tomori also revealed how proud he is that someone like Paolo Maldini has been publicly vocal about his admiration noting that this gives him a lot of confidence.

He added that he wants to continue doing what he’s doing, playing for the team and his team-mates and the future will be seen.

Not able to hide his newfound love for the city of Milan, Tomori pinpointed that he’s happy and have the opportunity to give his best for this team as he always wants to raise his level.

He noted that Italy is different from England, the weather is good and the food is better.
