Bayern Munich take a decision on Tuchel

German club Bayern Munich have decided to stick with former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel as their coach for next season

Recall that Bayern appointed Tuchel a few days ago as a replacement for Julian Nagelsmann, who has also been linked with the permanent coaching job at Stamford Bridge.

Upon arriving at Bayern, Tuchel saw the German club exit the Uefa Champions League at the hands of Manchester City.

Aside from this, they also lost the top spot in Bundesliga to Borussia Dortmund.

However, popular football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed Tuchel will remain in charge at the club.

Romano said: “Bayern will not change their stance on Thomas Tuchel, no matter what happens in the Bundesliga.

“Summer transfer window will be planned with him in order to re-start the project next season.

“Bayern will be busy on the market. New striker, main priority.”
