Atalanta set to replace Denis with Man Utd bound striker

Italian Serie A side Atalanta seems to be bracing up for life without their striker Rasmus Hojlund who is close to sealing a transfer to Man Utd this summer.

This comes as the recent report revealed Atalanta have turned their focus on Emmanuel Dennis, who they consider as a worthy replacement for Hojlund.

Going by the recent reports, Hojlund is expected to move to Manchester United after the Red Devils reached an agreement with the Serie A side for his transfer during the weekend.

With Hojlund’s transfer close to completion, Atalanta are hoping to sign Dennis as his replacement.

While the Nigeria forward had an poor season with Nottingham Forest last season, where he managed to score two goals and three assists in 25 league appearances for the Reds, this has not deterred Atalanta from making a move for him.

Should Denis transfer to Atalanta become a reality, he would be paired alongside his international teammate, Ademola Lookman at the Serie A club.
