With barely two weeks to the commencement of the January transfer window, a report via ESPN has revealed that Arsenal have finally taken a decision to sell striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The report revealed that the Gunners ate ready to let Aubameyang leave Emirate Stadium in January as long as there is a suitable offer for the forward.

This comes after Aubameyang was recently stripped of Arsenal’s captaincy earlier this month due to a ‘disciplinary breach’.

The 32-year-old has missed Arsenal’s last four matches against Sunderland, Leeds United, West Ham and Southampton.

The striker currently has 18 months left on his current deal with the Gunners.

While Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta has not ruled out reintegrating Aubameyang into his squad, the North London club ate, however, willing to listen to offers for the Gabon international next month.

At the moment, Aubameyang earns over £250,000-a-week at Arsenal, and only a few clubs would be able to afford his wage as well as any fee that the Gunners would seek for the player.

There are reports his next club could be Barcelona or Juventus, both of which had shown interest in him in the past.
