Portugal international Jose Mourinho is one of the top coaches that have made a mark in the English Premier League

The now Fenerbahce manager also known as the Special One in a recent statement revealed his intentions to return to the Premier League.

Mourinho during a pre-match conference on Wednesday ahead of his side Europa League tie against Manchester United, admitted to wanting to make a return to the English domestic league.

Man Utd led by manager Erik ten Hag have continued to struggle since Mourinho left, but he is confident that his former side will succeed “sooner or later”.

Recall that the Red Devils sacked Mourinho in December 2018 after two and a half years at Old Trafford.

Aside from the Red Devils, Mourinho was at Tottenham Hotspur for 17 months and was in charge at Chelsea across two spells.

“Maybe you think I am bluffing or playing mind games,” Mourinho said while speaking on a possible return to the EPL.

Speaking on Man Utd’s current form, the Portuguese said the Red Devils have a better team than their results show.

He disclosed that sooner or later they will succeed in the league.

“Hopefully sooner and hopefully before I go back to the Premier League,” he added.
