There are chances that Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, could make some changes in squad when they take on Bolton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup.

Recent update claimed Arteta could be forced to start youth goalkeeper, Jack Porter in their Carabao Cup tournament against Bolton.

This comes after recent concerns about David Raya’s fitness after the goalie was spotted with a heavily bandaged leg after the North London club’s 2-2 draw against Manchester City on Sunday at Etihad Stadium.

The UK Mirror reported that Raya is now a “selection headache” for the Gunners manager, who is already without a key player in the person of Martin Odegaard.

Recall that the Gunners captain has been reported to be out for a long period after he picked up an ankle ligament damage on international duty for Norway.

Leandro Trossard, who also received a red card during Arsenal’s last outing Vs Man City is also suspended for the match against Bolton.

With the Gunners’ summer signing Neto cup-tied, there are speculations that Porter, 16, could receive a surprising call-up in midweek.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will hope to bounce back with a victory against Bolton after their recent draw to Man City in the Premier League.
