Man City star set to join Arsenal
Manchester City striker, Gabriel Jesus, has reportedly taken a decision to leave the club for Arsenal this summer.
This is according to the Daily Mail, who claimed the lack of Champions League football for the North London side next season.
It is believed that Jesus wants a move to the Emirates where he would reunite with Arteta, who was once the assistant coach at Manchester City.
Jesus scored 95 goals in 236 appearances for Manchester City. This season he netted 13 goals and created 12 assists in 41 appearances, many of which he came in as a substitute.
He lifted four Premier League titles, three EFL Cups, and one FA Cup during his time at the Etihad.
The Brazilian is expected to be a replacement for Alexandre Lacazette, who announced his departure from the club.
Lacazette has reached an agreement with his former club Lyon and his departure will free up the funds needed to sign Jesus.
Aside from Arsenal, Tottenham also have eyes on the South American forward and would rival the Gunners for his signature.
