Arsenal may have been handed a boost ahead of their game against Manchester City in the Premier League this weekend.

This comes after recent reports revealed that Man City could be without their key midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who was forced to leave the field in their Champions League opener against Serie A side Inter Milan on Wednesday.

De Bruyne, who played for 45 minutes at the Etihad Stadium, seemed to have picked up an injury in the 43rd minute of the match.

A highlight from the match showed the Belgium international clutching his groin before he was substituted before halftime.

De Bruyne’s injury could have serious impact on Man City as they will be facing Arsenal in their Premier League match.

The Belgian midfielder had tried a shot on Inter Milan’s Yann Sommer and took a corner shortly before his substitution.

However, the sight of him kneeling and holding his groin left fans and teammates worried.

Arsenal are also faced with injury woes as manager Mikel Arteta has tough decisions to make as the Gunners prepare for their Champions League opener against Atalanta tonight.
