Arsenal will return to action on Saturday in the Premier League when they travel to Turf Moor to face Burnley.

The Gunners will be heading to the match following their last weekend game vs Norwich at Emirate Stadium, which ended in a 1-0 scoreline.

Ahead of their weekend match, Paul Merson has predicted the Gunners to emerge winners ahead of a struggling Burnley.

According to Merson, Burnley were unlucky against Everton as they lost the game in a bad five-minute spell in the second half.

He noted that although they were the better team for about 45 minutes, all of a sudden, the game was over as Everton scored three quick-fire goals.

‘What I’m trying to say is that Burnley aren’t a bad team, so this could be a good Premier League contest,’ Merson told Sportskeeda.

As for Arsenal, Merson stressed that the Gunners fell over the line against Norwich City, but three points were exactly what they needed to kick-start their season.

‘They’ve done well against Burnley over the years, so I fancy them to make it successive wins in the Premier League,’ he added.
