EPL: A total of nine players to miss Arsenal Vs Man City match

A report via UK Mirror has revealed that at least nine players could be missing in action for Sunday’s Premier League game between Manchester City and Arsenal at Etihad Stadium.

On Manchester City side, they could be without their key midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who could only play the first half of their 0-0 draw against Italian side Inter Milan in the Champions League.

Savinho was also replaced after 45 minutes against the Serie A club.

Manager Pep Guardiola will also be without Oscar Bobb, who is still on the sidelines, recovering from a leg fracture, and Nathan Ake is not expected to be back until next month.

On the other hand, Arsenal are also suffering from a number of injury woes.

The North London club will be without their captain Martin Odegaard, who sustained an injury while playing for Norway and is out with an ankle fracture.

Manager Mikel Arteta will also have to play without Oleksandr Zinchenko, who is out of action with a calf injury.

The Gunners summer signing Mikel Merino who is back after an injury on his shoulder is still in training.

Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney are also on the sidelines, having sustained injuries over the summer.
