Arsenal after their game against Atalanta in the UEFA Champions League on Thursday night, will turn their attention to a major game against Premier League champions Man City during the weekend.

Ahead of the match against the Citizens, former Arsenal player Cesc Fabregas has predicted the North London side to emerge as the winner.

The Gunners will make a trip to Etihad this Sunday, hoping to win their first league title since 2004.

So far this season, Mikel Arteta’s side have taken 10 points out of a possible 12 so far, claiming a 1-0 victory against north London rivals Tottenham with a depleted squad last weekend.

Manchester City, on the other hand, remain at a top form as they are yet to drop a point as this season and it looks like they are on their way to win a fifth successive Premier League title.

While Arsenal and Man City’s fixture ended goalless last season, Fabregas is, however, rooting for the North London club to take all three points this time season.

“I’m going for 2-1 to Arsenal. There will be goals,” Fabregas told Premier League Productions.

We will have to wait to see if Arsenal will be able to make Pep Guardiola’s side drop a point.
