Arsenal star hailed after win vs Nottingham Forest

Former Chelsea star Scott Minto has applauded Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka for his impressive form during the Gunners’ weekend game against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.

According to Minto, Saka, who scored a goal for the North London club against Nottingham Forest, was old school in how honest he is.

A brace from Saka and Eddie Nketiah ensured the Mikel Arteta-led side defeated Forest at the Emirate Stadium and won all three points in their opening match.

Minto was impressed by the fact that Saka stayed on his feet after coming under a challenge in the opposition penalty box.

“He is old school in how honest he is. He got inside the box there, two players marking him, he went to the other side; there was a slight touch, not really enough really to go down,” Minto said (via HITC).

“But I would say at least 50% of Premier League forwards would have gone down and asked the question of the referee. But he didn’t.”
