Arsenal preparing to increase Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang weekly offer

The Gunners are purportedly planning to offer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang another £250,000 weekly contract in an offer to keep the Gabon forward at the club.

The 31-year-old has been in magnificent form for the Gunners during the 2019-20 season, scoring multiple times in 42 appearances in all competitions, including 20 Premier League goals.

The forward’s present deal at the Emirates Stadium is expected to lapse next June, however, and an ongoing report guaranteed that he was still hopeful of moving to Barcelona this summer.

As per report, The Gunner are so resolved to keep hold of their skipper that they are preparing a contract offer worth £250,000 weekly in addition to bonuses.

The report, however, claims that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also needs affirmations that Mikel Arteta will be given the essential transfer funds to improve the team before signing another deal.

The ex-Borussia Dortmund attacker has scored 66 goals in 107 appearances for the Gunners since moving to the club in January 2018.
