Arsenal deal for Real Madrid winger off the table

Arsenal are reported to have drop out of the race to sign Real Madrid winger Rodrygo in the summer transfer window.

Recall that the winger was one of the name that previously emerged on the Gunners target list, however, it appears they will no longer be making moves for him.

This comes as a recent report claimed Arsenal deal for Rodrygo looks to be off the table with the Spanish giants said to be demanding a huge fee for the Brazilian.

AS reported that the Los Blancos will only consider a sale if they get an offer in the region of £86million this summer.

There were reports the Spanish club were keen to offload Rodrygo earlier this summer, but it seems those reports are off the mark.

According to the new report, Real Madrid are saying they will only sell if they receive an offer that is too good to turn down.

Arsenal may want to sign more more player this summer, but it wouldn’t be one that would cost them £86million or anywhere close to that number.

Rodrygo may end up remaining at Real Madrid for another season if no club meets the Los Blanco’s demand.
