Transfer Deal: Premier League strugglers decide against moving for Manchester United forward

Premier League club West Bromwich Albion are ready to end their pursuit of Manchester United forward Daniel James during this summer transfer window.

Manchester United have become a dominant force in the Premier League this season as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been able to strengthen his squad in a department.

The high numbers of talented and experience players at Manchester United have seen game time limited for Daniel James who has to compete with the likes of Rashford, Martial, Greenwood and Cavani.

James has struggled to become a regular starter under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has been used on rare occasions when some players in the starting eleven are rested.

The Wales international has been linked with a move out of Manchester United with some Premier League club including West Brom tipped as his preferred destination.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Sam Allardyce who took over from Slavan Bilic some days ago is not seeing James as a player that fits in his plan.

The 66-year-old wants to turn the Baggies’ fortunes around in the second half of the season and will not be willing to do so with Daniel James in the team.

Daniel James had no impact in Manchester United’s last match against Aston Villa as he came off the bench for the final few minutes in his team  2-1 win.
