The latest report has claimed Man Utd striker and Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo will remain at Old Trafford for another season.

This is according to Spanish newspaper AS, which claimed Ronaldo trusts Man United’s hierarchy will appoint a world-class manager this summer that will take over from Ralf Rangnick, who was appointed on an interim basis.

The Portugal captain still feels committed to the Red Devils and has decided to see out the final year of his contract next season.

This comes after it was believed the 37-year-old striker was considering his future at the club following their Champions League exit at the hands of Atletico Madrid.

Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford in the summer from Juventus.

In another report, the Red Devils have been linked with moves for Paris Saint-Germain’s Mauricio Pochettino, Ajax’s Erik ten Hag,  and Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, a possible permanent coach they can side in the summer to replace their interim manager Ralf Rangnick.

We will have to wait to see how it will turn out for the Red Devils.
