Portugal international and Man Utd striker Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed when he will retire from football.

Ronaldo, who is currently 36 years old, revealed he would only consider retirement when he is unable to run, dribble and shoot

The Portugal star made this known ahead of Man United’s Premier League clash with Liverpool on Sunday at Old Trafford

Recall that even at his age, Ronaldo was named the all-time top scorer in international football last month.

When Sky Sports asked the Man Utd striker to speak on his international retirement, Ronaldo said: “But Why? I think it’s not my time yet. It’s not what people want, it’s what I want.

“It’s when I feel that I’m not capable of running, of dribbling, of shooting, if the power is gone … but I still have that stuff, so I want to continue because I’m still motivated. It’s the main word – motivated to do my stuff, make people happy and my family happy and the fans and myself. I want to put the level even higher.”

He added that despite having the most goals, wins, and assists in the UCL, he still wants to carry on as he likes to play football.
