Manchester United youngster Brandon Williams is reportedly not willing to play as third choice under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he prefers a loan move.

United have been active in the transfer window as they’ve bring in Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund and Raphael Varane from Real Madrid.

Despite that non of the two signings are playing Williams role, the youngster is currently behind Luke Shaw and Alex Telles in the left-back pecking order.

Though Telles is injured and might be sidelined for the remainder of August, Williams is ready to take up new challenge.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Williams wants to spend the 2021-22 season on loan elsewhere in a bid to gain regular playing time.

Williams has not been short of suitors during this transfer window as he has previously been linked with the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Southampton and Norwich City.

His contract with Manchester United will expire in 2024 and this gives United a chance to loan him out for another season.
