The latest report revealed that Man Utd have reached a new agreement with Brighton midfielder Toby Collyer ahead of the summer transfer window.

A report via Manchester Evening News revealed that Man United have a package in place for Collyer to move to Old Trafford on a three-and-a-half-year deal, though the transfer is yet to be officially completed.

Collyer earned the deal after he impressed while on trial with Man United last month.

The 18-year-old caught the eye of United coaches with his performance in a friendly game against Huddersfield Town.

The report revealed that Collyer is set to leave Brighton after he failed to agree with terms on a new deal with the club.

The defensive midfielder has captained England at U16 and U17 levels.

It is yet to be seen how regular he would play in the Red Devils’ struggling first team and if he would be able to break in.
