Amorim demands goals from these four Man Utd players
Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is keen on getting the club back together especially following their poor performance that led to Erik ten Hag’s sack.
Amorim is hoping to make changes at Old Trafford and it starts with scoring goals as he recently named players he expects to find the net as much as possible going forward.
Recall that the Portugal international took charge of his first game last weekend; a 1-1 draw at Ipswich Town in the English Premier League.
Marcus Rashford opened the scoreboard for the Red Devils, before Omari Hutchinson scored an equaliser for the home side at Portman Road.
Ahead of their Europa League home fixture against Norwegian side Bodo/Glimton Thursday night, the Red Devils manager said Rasmus Højlund and Josh Zirkzee will score more goals.
“Amad has to be better nearer the goal. Bruno, as well, has to score more goals,” he said
Meanwhile, there have been speculations that Amorim is in the market for new forwards to bolster his team’s attack next year.
The Red Devils’ form has dropped massively, leaving them outside the top ten on the league table this season.
Hopefully, Amorim will be able to turn their fate around.
