Manchester United planning to sign Juventus duo
Juventus pair Douglas Costa and Merih Demiral have allegedly appeared as transfer targets for Manchester United.
With the Italian giants said to be enthused about securing a reunion with Paul Pogba, various players will supposedly be permitted to leave Turin during the next window.
As indicated by Tuttosport, that has brought about Man United asking Juventus whether they are willing to sell Demiral and Costa.
Defender Demiral, a former target of Leicester City, had made few appearances this season before suffering a serious knee injury in January.
In the mean time, Costa, who turns 30 in September, has failed to dazzle since the Italian giants paid £35.2m for his signature in 2018.
The report includes that Man United don’t need the Brazilian winger to be part of any deal including Paul Pogba.
Juventus Manager Maurizio Sarri favours the likes of Gonzalo Higuaín, Paolo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of him. Douglas Costa has suffered many injuries which have kept him out of action.
