Crystal Palace star Michael Olise has left the English Premier League to join German side Bayern Munich this summer transfer window.

His move to the Bundesliga comes amid interest from top Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Man Utd.

Following his transfer to Bayern Munich, Olise, in a recent update explained why he snubbed English League clubs to move abroad.

The report disclosed that the now former Crystal Palace star, on Sunday, completed a £60 million transfer to Bayern Munich.

Last summer window, the Blues thought they had secured a deal with Olise, but he opted to sign a new contract at Selhurst Park.

Olise, who has signed a five-year contract with the Bavarians, in a statement said the talks with Bayern Munich were very positive, and he is very happy to now be playing for such a big club,”

He added that it’s a great challenge, which is exactly what he was looking for.

The winger stressed that he wants to prove himself at this level and play his part in ensuring that Bayern Munich win as many titles as possible in the coming years.
