It appears Spanish side Barcelona are ready to let Chelsea’s target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leave Camp Nou this summer but not on a swap deal being proposed by the Blues.

Chelsea are said to want to make a swap deal that would include defender Marcos Alonso in the potential deal for Aubameyang.

But the Catalans, who battling financial issues want only cash for the former Arsenal striker and nothing else.

While Aubameyang has already reached personal terms with the Blues, the only hindrance is for both clubs to thrash out an agreement.

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, tweeted on Friday evening that the meeting will happen before Saturday.

“Barcelona and Pierre Aubameyang’s camp will meet tonight.

“Direct talk to discuss Chelsea deal and how to proceed after personal terms agreed yesterday night.

“Barça ask for cash instead of Marcos Alonso included in this deal as they have to register Koundé,” Romano wrote.
