West Ham joined the many clubs who have shown interest in Chelsea striker Armando Broja this summer.

A report via SkySports revealed West Ham have submitted a bid worth £30m to Chelsea for the 20-year-old striker.

Broja became a centre of attraction last season after he impressed during his time at Southampton where he scored nine goals in 38 games in all competitions.

The reports revealed the Hammers are ready to pay £25m up front for the Blues youngster.

Negotiations are ongoing between the clubs, with Broja currently on tour with the rest of the Blues squad in the US.

Aside from West Ham, other Premier League clubs that have shown interest in signing Broja this summer include Everton, Newcastle and Southampton.

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel in a pre-match statement ahead of their game vs Club America has, however, said the Blues are not interested in selling Broja.
