Arsenal and West Ham have finally reached an agreement over the transfer of Declan Rice this summer transfer window, The Athletic reports.

The report revealed that negotiations between the two EPL clubs have been reached over the structure of payments.

The deal which is worth £100m, plus £5m in add-ons was agreed a few days ago but Arsenal and West Ham have been locked in advanced talks.

However, in the latest update, the Hammers have now given their captain Rice the permission to finalise personal terms with the Gunners and undergo his medical.

The 24-year-old, who has already agreed personal terms with the Gunners, will pen a five-year contract in the coming days.

Once the deal is done, Rice would become Arsenal’s most expensive player in history.

The Gunners are preparing for next season where they would challenge in the Uefa Champions League alongside other domestic leagues in England.
