As Chelsea hope to turn their season around with a win against London rivals, West Ham United, defender of the hammers has insisted that the Blues will be facing a determined side.

West Ham have been grinding in positive results ever since the season started as David Moyes has been able to add some positivity into the team to stay clear of any relegation battle.

Victory for West Ham in Monday night’s game in west London will take them above Chelsea and left-back Aaron Cresswell is relishing their chances ahead of the big game.

Experience Chelsea defender admits lack of game time at Stamford Bridge is frustrating 

Aaron Cresswell scored the winner for West Ham the last time they met Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and the left-back is hoping his team can start Christmas early by taking all three points.

According to Cresswell, they plan to go to Stamford Bridge and win for the second straight season as they were able to do a double against their rival last season.

Though he noted that it would be a tough match for both team, Cresswell added that it would be a great achievement if they pull off a victory against Chelsea.

With Chelsea losing their last two matches, Cresswell noted the Blues will be eager to voice back but they will be facing a determined team when they finally meet.
