Verbal agreement reached: £55 million star could be Chelsea 1st summer signing

Chelsea are expected to be busy in he forthcoming summer transfer window as they plan to bolster their squad ahead of next season.

Popular transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently revealed that the Blues may have secured their first summer signee ahead of the commencement of the transfer window.

Amid the Blues improved form in their last three outings in the Premier League,  it is believed that would be spending money on some of the top young talents before they get signed by other top clubs.

One of the young stars on the Blues list is Estevao, who has been portrayed as one of the next big stars in football.

The report revealed Estevao’s club Palmeiras, are holding out for a fee in the region of £55m, with the Blues favourites to sign him

While Romano in a tweet via X stated the original offer will be lower than that, he, however, mentioned that the Blues have agreed personal terms with the 17-year-old.

The Blues are expected to commence talking with Palmeiras soon.

Once the deal is done, the Brazilian could arrive at Chelsea alongside Ecuador international Kendry Paez, who will move to Stamford Bridge in the summer transfer window.
