UCL: Chelsea suffer injury blow vs Juventus

Chelsea have suffered an injury blow ahead of their clash with Italian side Juventus in the Uefa Champions League.

The Blues would be making a trip to Italy to face the Old Ladies on Wednesday night, but without their key player and France international, N’Golo Kante.

This comes as the latest report that Kante has suffered a groin injury.

Recall that the French midfielder has endured a stop-start beginning to the ongoing season owing to the injury.

A report via Goal has revealed that Kante could be out of the team for another couple of games as their indication he could miss the match against Southampton in the Premier League.

Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel, has been careful about how he uses Kante carefully since his return, limiting him to a 45-minute cameo against Tottenham and Aston Villa.

He was also taken off after one hour, as the Blues lost 1-0 to Manchester City on Saturday.
