UCL: Chelsea played like robots vs Zagreb

Former Chelsea star, Frank Leboeuf has reacted to the club’s game vs Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday night.

Leboeuf said the game was boring and a waste of time as the Blues played like robots.

Thomas Tuchel’s side lost all three points to Zagreb after Mislav Orsic’s 13th-minute opener which became the winning goal.

Leboeuf said on ESPN, “…Actually, it was boring…. Is the tactic to make the most passes in the game and not to care about the result?

“I was so upset watching that because for me it’s a waste of time….

“But we’re expecting so much more from the talent on that field.

“They play like robots. They don’t want to take any risks.

“We expect them to face up and take some risks. They don’t seem able to do that right now.”

Chelsea will hope to bounce back when they play against Fulham on Saturday in the English Premier League.
