The latest report from Stamford Bridge has claimed that the Blues manager, Thomas Tuchel has handed the club owner, Roman Abramovich the list of players he would want the club to sign when the summer transfer window commences.

According to the report, Tuchel has told the Blues hierarchy to make a move for Declan Rice from West Ham this summer.

The Daily Express stated that the Blues manager has put forward his list of recommendations to the Blues’ hierarchy and one of the names proposed is Rice.

According to the report, the German told the Chelsea board that he would like to see the 22-year-old at Stamford Bridge in the summer, although the player’s asking price is now closer to £100 million.

Before Tuchel arrived at Stamford Bridge, the Blues during the reign of Frank Lampard had been linked with moves to sign Rice but his asking price back then which was around £80 million was deemed to be too expensive for the Blues.

However, considering their recent win in the Uefa Champions League, the Blues have enough fund to make the move for Rice.

Moreover, they would hope to do everything to ensure Tuchel is satisfied and ready to lead the Blues to another round of victory next season.
