Chelsea manager and Germany international in a recent statement has revealed the Blues has no regret for signing out Conor Gallagher to Crystal Palace.

Gallagher moved to Crystal Palace on a season-long loan from Chelsea in the recent summer transfer window.

However, he has been impressive for the Seagulls so far as he has enjoyed a stellar season with Crystal Palace, scoring six goals in 15 appearances.

His impressive performances so far this term has seen him linked with a possible return to Chelsea in the January transfer window.

However, Tuchel, in a pre-match statement ahead of the Blues clash vs Everton on Thursday, said the details of Gallagher’s contract with Crystal Palace couldn’t be discussed at a press conference.

“It’s details of his contract and this will not be discussed in press conferences.

“I’ve said how much we like Conor and nothing has changed.

“There is no regret because it seems the perfect decision for him, and that is what we discussed for him in the summer.

“You can’t take the circumstances now and look back on a decision from July. It’s not possible. We did what we did and we are very happy with it.”
