Transfer News: Chelsea set to rival fellow Premier League side for signature of 19-years-old midfielder

Chelsea are ready to rival Manchester United for the signature of Moises Caicedo from Ecuadorian outfit Independiente del Valle as the club have reportedly made contact with the team.

With the summer transfer window opening some days ago, top European teams have started business and Chelsea have been linked with some players.

With Frank Lampard given the likes of Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham a chance to prove themselves at the highest level, young players are ready to move to Stamford Bridge.

According to reports from Ecuadorian outlet El Telegrafo, Chelsea have made a contact with Independiente del Valle over the potential transfer of midfield sensation Moises Caicedo.

Moises Caicedo’s good form has attracted the attention of top clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea are eager to join them in the race.

Caicedo who came through the youth setup at CD Espoli and Colorados has been impressive this season with his performance scoring and laying some off for his teammates.

Though Chelsea are blessed with talented midfielders, they are ready to add Caicedo to their squad as he’s seen a player with so much potential.
