Chelsea target and Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies is said to favour a move to Spanish giant Real Madrid.

This comes amid reports that Davies who is moving close to his final months in his contract could leave Bayern Munich this summer.

Amid reported interest from the English powerhouses, Davies is said to be keen on joining the Los Blancos.

However, Real Madrid might be unwilling to meet Bayern’s demands for the Canadian in the upcoming window.

The report in Spain claim that Madrid are not ready to break the bank to sign Davies and would table a fee of around £30million.

This is because the Los Blancos are not desperate to secure Davies’ signature as they already have the left-back position well covered by Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia.

With Madrid not entirely interested, this could give both Man City and Chelsea an edge to sign Davies.
