The 24-year-old striker scrambled the ball home from close range in the 39th minute to score Chelsea’s second goal after providing an assist for Oliver Giroud’s first goal.

Speaking after the match, Werner spoke about Tuchel’s impact as he noted that it helped him that someone can scream at him in German.

According to Werner, Tuchel is a really good guy, who has a good idea of the football the team want to play and, when as they have more and more training sessions with him, the team will get better and better.

Werner who couldn’t comprehend how much impact Tuchel has had on the team added that a few weeks ago the team were somewhere and nowhere and they were a lot of points behind fourth place.
