Three players Chelsea should have signed in the summer

Former Chelsea defender, Frank Leboeuf named three players the club should have signed in the recent summer transfer window.
Leboeuf revealed the three players as Maddison, James Ward-Prowse and Youri Tielemens.
Chelsea took their spending over the £1billion-mark under co-owner Todd Boehly since the takeover last year.
The Blues made moves for a number of players, including the British record signing of Moises Caicedo from their rivals Brighton, but didn’t go for Maddison, Ward-Prowse and Tielemens.
“I look at Ward-Prowse and Maddison and they are doing so well. I have no idea why Chelsea didn’t move for either of those,” Leboeuf told CasinosEnLigne.
“They should have phoned me! Why is Ward-Prowse not in the squad? There are a few others, too, like Tielemans and Maddison.
“Chelsea missed out on these players as they could have served Chelsea well.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea have had a tough start this season and are struggling to make it back to the top four on the league table.
